========================================

Over the last few Sundays, I have attended quite a number of churches, not cause I don't have a church of my own but for the sake of some special friends.

I grew up in a very religious family, for the record I'm a 'PK' (The meaning below). This highly influenced my thought pattern, my beliefs and perception about a lot of things.

My birth church is pretty much spiritual, trust me when I say this.

At a point in my life, I developed a degree of lack of contentment with what church was telling me.

I sorted for answers to my personal puzzles but wasn't getting any. I gradually drifted out the church circle.

At the other side, I had happiness but lost inner peace.

After several lessons I experienced I found a new tribe.

I wasn't ready to embrace them with open arms, I was very skeptical and unsure of what they were going to offer.

Before long, unknown to me I got bitten on the neck and became a fanatic of the tribe.

During my initiation process I saw new light, revelations and experienced a new paradigm.

What should a church really be?

Church shouldn't be a place of bondage.

There should be no sacramental attachment in church.

Church is a place to bond, learn, grow and lift.

When I first experienced the tribe I talked about above, I had for the first time understand what real romance is.

Yes! You saw that right Romance.

Romance is often started when your turned on! I got turned on and got deep in the romance.

Back to my early days. I got bored, puzzled and discontented because I had never been turned on.

A church should turn you on!

The preachers that spoke to me never got me to that point. Don't get me wrong, they were really great men and women.

There is a climax point when a preacher gets you turned on to a point of romance.

From the point of romance some deep insights begins to come through.

These insights gets you to a place of assured hope, inner peace, happiness and unconventional ideas for abundance.

My recent visits to churches has brought me back to that place were I discovered preachers skipping the romance.

It is great to scream and proclaim the blessings of God but before this there is a place of romance.

Church folks are often found frustrated and broken because their pastor have determined their pasture.

I love prayers and speaking in other tongues but I have an understanding, knowledge and I'm intentional.

But wait before you remind me of the demons that will come to press me at night, I am not ignorant of the strongholds the devil might want to use against me.

I am blood bought by the finished work on the cross.

The church is about Him, its about His death, burial and resurrection. Jesus is the reason for the church.

I'm not struggling to be wealthy, because He was made poor for me to be rich.

I'm not struggling to be happy, because He was hurt and tormented so I can remain happy.

I'm not trying to be perfect in myself, cause I have perfection in Him.
