It's Holy Thursday when the Lord was betrayed by Judas Iscariot and as a way of keeping you in the spirit of the season, please meditate on this:
Restaurant WiFi Password
Last week I walked into a restaurant and noticed that there was WiFi connection in the restaurant. I humbly asked the waiter for the password and she said: EAT FIRST.
So, I reluctantly ordered placed an order and after eating I called the waitress and asked for the WiFi password but she replied again - eat first.
Feeling a bit frustrated, I ordered black coffee. After taking the coffee, I called the waitress and asked for the password ad she said: eat first.
Because I wanted to see how fast the WiFi is I ordered Pepper Soup. After eating again I asked for the password and the waitress replied samething: eat first.
Now I was fed up and I angrily walked to the restaurant manager and asked for the WiFi password and she replied: eat first!
As I was about to explode and shout angrily at here, I saw a sign on the wall which read:
WiFi password is EAT FIRST.
Lessons:
- Sometimes we might be waiting for an answer from God after praying but have not took the time to listen to what he is saying.
- The Lord might be showing us an open door but we keep asking for direction instead of looking at the door He has opened for us.
Prayer:
May the Holy Spirit guide us and open our spiritual eyes to see the answers to our prayers in Jesus Name. Amen. +
Have a wonderful week. Happy Holy Thursday.
